Our Amada Apelio combines the flexibility of a laser with the productivity
of a turret punch. With its quick set up, advanced punching and forming,
and high-quality laser cutting, the Apelio is capable of producing
even the most complex parts in one easy operation. |

Our automated punch press cell consists of two 110 ton Komatsu punch
presses, each equipped with the Smart-Pac control system which allows
for quicker set-ups through easy program storage and retrieval. The
presses are each set-up with a Rapid-Air straightener and feed system
for higher precision. Max bed length is 6 feet and max shut height
is 15.75". |

The unique design of this roller allows for bending of very
complex profiles with variable radii and sections to be completed
in one single seamless operation. The Luna roller can produce radii
as small as 0.885" and widths up to 41." |

This 88-ton brake has a full 101" bend length, 7.8" of stroke
length and ram repeatability of +/- .0004". Combine this with
the programmable 5-axis back gage that has 27.5" of travel, 37.5"
deep, +/- .0004" repeatability and almost anything is possible.

From a simple hand rivet operation to more complex machine riveting,
ball studs and/or Pem insertion, we have it covered with 10 riveting
machines set-up in efficient cells. Our Assembly team has been trained
in maintaining the quality that has been built into the components.
